Cruise

So, I haven't posted in a little while because I've been busy with my summer class, but that will end today, and I am going on my first cruise tomorrow! I will be taking photos for an event. I will not have internet there, so I will try to update Monday once I get back.

Ahh yes...it's that time of year again...E3!

Ochazuke

Well this was my attempt at making ochazuke yesterday. It tasted alright but I probably drowned the rice a little too much in the tea. I only used a can of salmon, some basmati rice, soy sauce, cucumber, and a little bit of wasabi. Oh and of course some green tea. This probably tastes better with more quality ingredients, but it was very good and healthy(as long as you don't over-do the rice).

Ochazuke is a simple dish from Japan. It is basically rice with green tea poured over it, and is very easy to make.
